Conditional
Fuel, remote, size, handling, storage or other named charges remain provider-specific.
Destination and border
Destination, delivery, brokerage, duty and tax stay supplied amounts or explicit unknowns.
Protection
Record only a supplied amount and basis; this site does not quote insurance.
Put the boundaries into the private worksheet.
Only user-supplied values enter the subtotal. Unknown and excluded components remain beside it for responsible review.
